When does the booking become binding?
A booking submitted on the website is a request. The transport and final price become binding only after confirmation from ALTA Services Oy.
Can I add several delivery addresses?
Yes. You can add up to 10 delivery addresses to one booking. We plan their order for an efficient route.
When will I receive a reply?
We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Orders received after 17:00 are processed the following day.
Can I book temperature-controlled transport?
Yes. Select temperature-controlled transport in the calculator and it will be included in the estimate.
How do I pay?
Private customers receive a secure Stripe payment link with the confirmation. Business customers select a suitable invoicing method when booking.
What if my order needs changing?
Contact us and include the order number. The contact page has a dedicated form for order changes.
